THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala will not lift the seven-day mandatory quarantine for those coming from abroad. Even though the Centre has issued new guidelines that international travellers will not be required to undergo institutional or home quarantine if they can submit a negative RT-PCR report of the test conducted within 72 hours of their journey, the state has decided against providing this relaxation.
